Chef Massimiliano ‘Max’Zubboli

Zubboli is an award-winning chef who graduated from a prestigious culinary school in Pisa, Italy. For years he worked with a famous Italian catering company, serving movie stars, politicians and VIPS from across the globe. Today he is the Executive Chef of Zeno's on the Square, an upscale, authentic Italian restaurant in Weatherford, TX zenosonthesquare.com Chef Max has attracted a large, devoted group of customers and fans who love the high quality, fresh ingredients he uses in his signature dishes and his use of cutting edge, modern cooking techniques.

Chef Antonella “Anto” Aiello

Chef Antonella “Anto” Aiello is an expert of Italian cuisine, with a specialization in beautifully crafted vegetables and desserts. She has worked with some of the best Tuscan Chefs, creating stunning dishes that feature the flavors of her native Sicily. A graduate of the same culinary school as her husband Max, Chef Antonella now
serves as Executive Chef of Mamma Monica’s kitchen and Pasta Factory in Weatherford,

Chef Monica “Mamma” Russo

Monica Russo, a successful businesswoman and entrepreneur grew up with the motto “Food is
Love”. She is the founder and owner of her namesake restaurant Mamma Monica’s and Zeno’s on the Square. Her company runs a large scale concession operation in Fort Worth, serving fresh food to competitors and visitors from the equestrian world. Eclectic, imaginative and full of energy, Monica loves creating visually stunning, unique events for her customers. She always loves a
good challenge and achieves what
she sets out to accomplish.
